Description:
The TCRT5000 Dual Channel Line Tracking Sensor Module is a versatile solution for line following, object detection, and other sensing applications. This module utilizes the TCRT5000 infrared reflective sensor, which includes both an IR transmitter and receiver.
The transmitter emits an IR signal, and the receiver detects the reflected signal, allowing the module to distinguish between light and dark surfaces or detect the presence of nearby objects. With a dual-channel design, it provides two independent sensing points for enhanced functionality.
It's ideal for use in line following robots, object sorting systems, and other automation projects. The sensing distance ranges from 1mm to 8mm, with an optimal range of approximately 2.5mm.
