The Grove-Hall Sensor v1.0 is a continuous-time Hall Effect sensor that detects magnetic fields using the principle of voltage generation across a conductor in a magnetic field. When a south pole magnetic field exceeds its BOP (operating point) threshold, the sensor's digital output goes low. It returns high when the field dissipates. This module features a 400ns transition period, reverse battery protection, and Grove compatibility, simplifying magnetic sensing for applications like RPM meters and DC motor control.
