Description:
Unleash superior power and control in your robotics and automation projects with this advanced motor driver shield. Featuring robust TB6612 MOSFET drivers, this board delivers 1.2A continuous current per channel and can handle impressive 3A peak current for short bursts, easily managing high-torque demands.
The key advantage is the much lower voltage drop compared to traditional drivers, ensuring your motors receive more power and deliver more torque from your existing battery supply. Safety is built in with integrated flyback diodes. Instead of consuming valuable Arduino pins, all speed and direction control is managed by an onboard, fully-dedicated PWM driver chip communicating via I2C.
This intelligent design requires only two data pins (SDA/SCL) for all motor controls, leaving your other pins free for sensors and peripherals. It is drop-in compatible with popular platforms like Arduino Uno, Mega, Due, and Leonardo.
