The NANORADAR TSC224 Traffic Speed Radar is a high-precision vehicle speed detection sensor designed for traffic monitoring, law enforcement, smart city applications, and speed checkpoints. Using advanced microwave FMCW radar technology, it can simultaneously monitor 1 to 4 lanes, providing real-time, accurate data on vehicle speed, distance, and lane information, even in heavy traffic or challenging weather conditions.
Operating in the 24 GHz ISM frequency band, the TSC224 offers a measuring range up to 200 meters and can detect vehicle speeds from 0 to 250 km/h with exceptional accuracy: ±4 cm for distance and ±0.1 km/h for speed. Its short-range K-band millimeter-wave design ensures multi-target recognition with a capture rate over 99%, making it highly reliable in diverse traffic environments.
With compact, lightweight construction and flexible installation options (top or side mounting), the TSC224 integrates easily into traffic systems and supports UART, CAN, or analog outputs. It operates across a wide voltage range of 5–24 V DC and extreme temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, ensuring consistent performance in any environment.
