Description:
The SSL-20N is a compact, low-cost, one-dimensional solid-state LiDAR designed for close-range applications. With a detection range of 30-400mm, it is ideal for use in robotics, particularly for guiding precise movement. The device features a linear laser and integrated cameras.
The laser emits a linear beam at a fixed angle, which is reflected off the target and captured by the receiving lens. Using triangulation, the SSL-20N calculates the distance to the target based on the laser's fixed structure. When installed on a sweeper, the laser line is directed towards the ground at a specific angle, enabling the detection of obstacles' distance and angle for efficient navigation.
