Description:

This is a handheld Honeytek UT1300B digital multimeter with a prominent blue body and a red protective rubberized boot. Unlike the previous model, this one features a classic rotary dial in the center for selecting measurement functions, a common design in multimeters. The dial has a raised grip and points to the selected function with a white arrow.
