Bo series motors are battery operated gear box motors.This product is a low cost, low voltage durable dual shaft DC geared motor. It is most suitable for light weight robot running on small voltage. Out of its two shafts one shaft can be connected to a wheel, other can be connected to the position encoder. Drive shaft has clutch for non-continuous protection from overload. Motor runs smoothly from 2V to 9V and gives wide range of RPM, and torque. Table below gives idea of the motor’s performance in terms of RPM. The difference between the dual shaft plastic gear motor and clockwise/anticlockwise motor is that in dual shaft motor both the shaft is rotated in the same direction with same speed. This motor is suitable for fast movement of light weight robot.
