Description:

This compact and efficient 2-channel analog voltage output DAC module is engineered for precise control in 3.3V logic level environments. Leveraging Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) for communication, it offers a straightforward interface with digital outputs from microcontrollers such as the ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and STM32. The module delivers 8-bit resolution, ensuring 256 discrete voltage levels, with an accuracy of ±0.5% of the full-scale output. The utilization of PWM as the control mechanism allows for simplified connectivity, driving analog outputs directly from the MCU's digital pins.

The integrated dual DAC channels provide independent analog signal generation, contributing to a reduced bill of materials for applications requiring two analog control signals. This module belongs to a versatile DAC series, which encompasses both I2C and PWM control options for generating either voltage or current outputs. The series offers a spectrum of output ranges and three distinct resolution choices (8-bit, 12-bit, and 15-bit), available in single or dual-channel formats, with the added capability for cascading multiple units to achieve higher channel counts.
