Description:

The AMS Feeding Funnel is an essential inner component of the AMS First Stage Feeder, designed to guide and manage filament insertion smoothly and reliably. It works together with the feeder’s structural components and filament detection sensor board to ensure consistent filament feeding.

When filament is inserted, the integrated sensor detects its presence and enables the AMS First Stage Feeder to automatically pull the filament forward. If the filament is inserted incorrectly or an abnormal insertion is detected, the sensor system identifies the issue and sends the corresponding information back to the 3D printer, helping ensure reliable filament loading and operation.
