Description:
The voltage testing section of the module is based on the principle of resistive voltage division. This technique allows the module to safely measure higher voltages by scaling them down to a level that can be read by a microcontroller's analog input pin. Specifically, this module reduces the input voltage by a factor of 5.
Given that Arduino boards typically have a maximum analog input voltage of 5V, this division factor means the module can handle input voltages up to 25V (5V x 5). For systems using a 3.3V logic level, the maximum input voltage would be 16.5V (3.3V x 5). This flexibility makes the module adaptable to different voltage requirements.
