


Description:
The ACS758ECB-200B-PFF-T is a thermally enhanced, fully integrated, Hall Effect-based linear current sensor IC packaged in a 5-pin CB package with a PFF (Pre-Formed Flat) lead form. This IC offers a cost-effective and precise solution for both AC and DC current sensing applications. It combines a high-precision, low-offset linear Hall circuit with a copper conduction path located in close proximity to the die.
The principle of operation is based on the Hall Effect. The current flowing through the integrated copper conduction path generates a magnetic field. This magnetic field is then sensed by the Hall IC, which converts it into a proportional voltage. The close proximity of the magnetic signal to the Hall transducer optimizes the device's accuracy.
