The SEMTECH LoRa series module (Ra-06) is designed and developed by SEMTECH. The RA-06 module has built-in SX1278 RF chip and Huada ultra-low power 32-bit core cortex MO+ MCU HC32L130F8UA, SK Byte RAM, 64K Byte FLASH. This module is used for ultra-long distance spread spectrum communication, and its RF chip is SX1278. With SEMTECH's LoRa M patented modulation technology, SX1278 has a high sensitivity of more than -148dBm, a power output of +20dBm, a long transmission distance, and high reliability. At the same time, compared with traditional modulation technology, LoRa™ modulation technology also has obvious advantages in anti-blocking, solving the problem that traditional design solutions cannot take into account distance, anti-interference, and power consumption at the same time.
