This RF Low Noise Amplifier is an on-chip integrated square root detector that can achieve single-chip AGC applications and it is also a VGA chip that enables single-chip closed-loop AGC. This chip features a high-performance 45dB variable gain amplifier that controls linear gain and operates stably from any low frequency to 500MHz.
This LNA Broadband uses AD advanced X-AMP structure which features excellent gain control and the amplifier module features ultra-low noise and high linearity characteristics
This High Gain Low Noise Amplifier Module features dB linear Gain control characteristics and the gain control features selection and power-down control and the operating frequency can be extended to any low frequency by an external capacitor very practical for use.
