Description:
The AD7606 is an eight-channel, bipolar input, synchronous sampling 16-bit ADC. Built-in 2.5V reference voltage. Since the AD7606 has no internal registers, pins are needed to configure the ADC mode directly, so the control principle of the AD7606 is also very simple, but it requires a lot of I/O port resources.
On-chip integrated analog input clamping protection, second-order anti-aliasing filter, tracking and holding amplifier, 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation ADC core, digital filter, 2.5V reference voltage source and buffer, and high-speed serial and parallel interfaces.
The AD7606 uses a 5V single power supply, no longer requires positive and negative dual power supplies, and supports true ± 10V or ± 5V bipolar signal input. All channels can be sampled at a rate of up to 200kSPS, and the input clamp protection circuit can withstand a voltage of up to ± 16.5V.
