16A DPDT Rocker Switch is a 16 Amps / 250 Volts AC 1 HP 20 Amps / 125 Volts AC 3/4 HP Works with 6/12 volt battery T105/55 6 pins 3 positions (forward, off, reverse) Roughly 22mm x 30mm panel cutout.

ON-OFF-ON Rocker switch meets the highest electrical standards and it is for Power Wheels vehicles. Snaps conveniently into the appliance contain a black rocker with 3 positions, and quick-connect terminals, and are constructed of robust plastic housing material.
