This is a TTGO T-Call V1.4 Wireless Module SIM Antenna SIM Card SIM800L Module Unsoldered. The TTGO ESP32 Wireless SIM Module is used for wireless communication. The TTGO ESP32 Wireless SIM Module is a self-contained SOC with an integrated TCP/IP protocol stack that can give any microcontroller access to your Wi-Fi network. This IoT Development Board has a powerful enough onboard processing and storage capability that allows it to be integrated with the sensors and other application-specific devices through its GPIOs with minimal development up-front and minimal loading during runtime.
